+- Ice Skating
Experience one of the largest outdoor ice skating surfaces in the country. Guests can skate on an ice trail or free skate throughout. Located in the Upper Pond of the Whitewater Center, 17,000 sq. feet of ice conforms to rock outcroppings and is surrounded by water, while featuring an on-ice Airstream serving hot and cold beverages.
Ice skating will be available starting November 2020.

Whitewater raft class II-IV rapids on the world’s largest manmade whitewater river. Choose from Family or Adventure style trips. Rodeo Rafting is available as an upgrade.

Access over 200 acres of the Catawba River and Long Creek via flatwater kayak and stand-up paddleboard. Tandem kayaks available. The Flatwater Single Activity Pass allows for day-long access.

Climb the world’s first deep water solo climbing complex. Five walls, 25 – 45 feet in height arc over a 20-foot-deep pool. Open to all skill levels.

+- Whitewater Kayaking & SUP
Access to whitewater kayak continuous and pool-drop class II-IV rapids. Paddlers must have previous whitewater experience and provide their own equipment (boat, paddle, helmet, spray skirt, and personal flotation device). Whitewater kayaking instruction is available.

Traverse over 40 miles of singletrack via mountain biking, hiking, or trail running. Mountain bikes are included in any Activity Pass. Full suspension upgrades available. Trail system is free to access with personal gear and does not require a pass.
