Flow Fest

Flow, relax, and enjoy a day full of yoga, wine, kombucha, and more at the inaugural Flow Fest; blending elements of wellness and mindfulness with a natural, outdoor setting. In addition to the Wild Vine Trail Race and DYNOMITE Bouldering Competition, a wide variety of yoga practices, meditations, and workshops will be held throughout the U.S. National Whitewater Center facility.

Kombucha Sampling Information:

Discover your new favorite kombucha flavor during Flow Fest Kombucha Sampling, featuring beverages from Jasper Ridge KombuchaLenny Boy Brewing Co.Sum BuchaTwo Guys Kombucha, and UpDog Kombucha. Sampling will take place from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on the Belmont Abbey College Island. No tickets or registration required for sampling; full servings will be available for purchase.

Wine Sampling Information:

Enjoy a selection of 20 different wines during Flow Fest Wine Sampling from 3:00pm – 7:00pm at the Big Drop tents. Wineries include Presqu’ileBirichinoLobetiaEntwineWilliam Hill EstateProphecyFolktale WineryCasas Del BosqueVento Di Mare, and Twelfth Night Wines.

TERRACE ACCESS:

Join us at Terrace Access for a premiere view of the music and festivities. Terrace Access opens at 6:00pm and goes until 10:00pm, offering food, private cash bar, indoor and outdoor seating, restrooms, and exclusive viewing area.
