Festival & Concert FAQs

What are the rules?

  1. You are responsible for your own safety at all times and you must exercise extreme caution during your visit due to the inherently dangerous activities and elements at the USNWC.
  2. The USNWC does not allow coolers or outside food and beverage. All bags are subject to search.
  3. The USNWC is a smoke-free facility. This includes electronic cigarettes and vapes.
  4. Pets must be on a leash at all times.

What is the weather policy?
As much as we’d like to be able to, we can’t control the weather. This is an outdoor venue. Events go on rain or shine. Refunds and rain checks are not available.

Can I tailgate?
Tailgating is not permitted. We do not allow coolers or any outside food/beverage, even in the parking lots. Food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Can I bring a chair or blanket to sit on?
Blankets and chairs are permitted.

Will you be selling food and/or beer?
Food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.  You can see locations, menus and hours here.

What is your pet policy during an event?
Pets are always welcome at the USNWC and must remain on leash. Pet owners must exercise caution at all times; fireworks and loud music can scare dogs.

Are your events kid friendly?
All ages are welcome at the USNWC. In the case of a ticketed special event, ages 2 and up must have a ticket.

Is there a parking fee?
USNWC parking fee is $6 daily (oversized vehicles $18) or $50 for an annual parking pass. Annual Parking Passes are valid From January 1 – December 31. Parking passes are available for purchase on-site or online.

Can I use Uber or Lyft to get to a festival?
Yes, ridesharing (such as Uber or Lyft) is always an option. If you would like to be dropped off at the main facility, standard parking fees ($6 per vehicle) will apply. Otherwise, there will be a ridesharing drop-off point on the Parkway. From the drop-off point, it is a half mile walk to the main facility.  Ridesharing pick-up is available at the main facility with no fee.

Can I bring an umbrella, tent or shade canopy?
Canopies and shade structures are permitted as long as they are staked down and do not obstruct the view of any guest. However, they are not permitted on Belmont Abbey College Island. For security reasons, walled tents are not permitted anywhere on-site.
