Adventure Dining FAQ

What is Adventure Dining?
Adventure Dining combines many of the outdoor adventures enjoyed by USNWC guests with a fireside, chef-curated meal. Zipline & Dine features a trip down a portion of our Canopy Tour, while Paddle to Table involves paddling either kayaks or stand-up paddle boards on the Catawba River. During each Adventure Dining program, guests convene around at the Ridge Pavilion for a chef-curated meal.
