Yoga

Join us throughout the year for the USNWC’s Yoga Series, taking place during festivals, on Tuesday mornings during Summer Camp, Thursday evenings during River Jam, and select Saturday mornings. Practices are one hour in duration, held at the USNWC’s South Ridge (see map below) and are led by certified yoga instructors.

Event Details:

  • When: Select dates –
    • Saturdays – 9:30am (March – October)
    • Thursdays – 6:30pm (May – September)
    • Tuesdays – 9:30am (June – August)
    • Certain festivals will feature a Sunday Yoga session.
  • Location: South Ridge
  • Cost: Free ($6 per vehicle parking fee)
    • Please bring your own yoga mat to participate.

SUP Yoga Details:

  • When: Select festivals throughout the year (See Festival Yoga above for dates and times.)
  • Location: Meet at the Kayak Center
  • Cost: Single Activity PassDay Pass, or Season Pass is required for participants who do not bring their own board and equipment.
    • Registration is first come, first serve.
    • Class size is limited to 15 participants.
    • All equipment is supplied with pass purchase. This includes SUP board, paddle, and PFD (Personal Flotation Device).
    • Suggested personal items include: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel, and comfortable walking shoes.
