Color Me Green 5K Color Run | U.S. National Whitewater Center

Color Me Green 5K Color Run

Channel the luck of the Irish as you dodge green dye throughout the Color Me Green 5k, a challenging trail race with a St. Patrick’s Day twist. This untimed race challenges runners to avoid or invite being bombarded with green dye as they run through the USNWC trail system. We recommend that runners wear white t-shirts as awards will be given to the cleanest and the greenest participants.

What if I just want to see Blind Pilot?

    • usnwcadmin January 27, 2016 at 4:13 pm

Hey Melanie, there is no fee to attend the festival and listen to the musical performances. The USNWC does, however, have a $5 per vehicle daily parking charge.

  2. Lori January 14, 2016 at 10:58 pm

Does the registration fee benefit a local organization?

    • usnwcadmin January 28, 2016 at 10:16 am

Hey Lori, the USNWC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and race revenue is reinvested into the organization for philanthropic outreach to the Charlotte community and for facility maintenance and improvement for the future.
