Blazing Paddles Boatercross

It’s gonna get hot… Blazing Paddles goes down on the channels of the world’s largest manmade whitewater river as competitors face off one-on-one. This single elimination, head-to-head kayak race will take place down the class III and IV rapids of the Competition Channel. Each competitor is guaranteed one timed run down the Competition Channel with a minimum of three mandatory gates, with up to six boaters participating in each heat. Head-to-head runs will follow based on rankings from timed runs, with the fastest competitors advancing to the next round. Stick around for Sol Fest, featuring live music and an impressive selection of the nation’s top craft beers, as well as a sampling of the USNWC’s local favorites.
