I have been to other races and have seen dogs running with racers. Is this allowed (not for the plunge) as I may need the help of my dog to get me up the hills 🙂 ?

    • Jimmy Lawler February 2, 2017 at 11:14 am

      Hey Mark,
Dogs are allowed at USNWC as long as they are leashed, however no dogs are permitted to run our races.
