Climbing

The USNWC is home to one of the largest outdoor climbing walls in the south, featuring roped climbs reaching 30 feet and designed to accommodate all skill levels. Guests can also scale the 46 foot Spire, offering lead climbing options and several boulder problems for climbers to solve. For those looking for a completely unique experience, the USNWC introduces the first permanent Deep Water Solo Climbing complex in the world, featuring climbing routes ranging 25 to 45 feet tall. In Deep Water solo, guests climb without ropes or harnesses, as the walls are built arching over a 20 foot deep pool. Climbers release from the wall and fall into the pool at the completion of their climb.
