What does the Season Pass include?
The USNWC AllSport Season Pass includes access to rafting, climbing, mega zip, climb 2 zip, eco trekking, mountain biking and flatwater kayaking throughout the 2010 year. Your Season Pass may be used on any days that pass activities are available to the public. Please see our schedule/hours for times.
The Season Pass does not include whitewater kayaking. If you are interested in whitewater kayaking, please refer to our instructional programs or whitewater kayaking packages. The Season Pass does not include climbing experiences other than guided climbing. If you would like to have access to self-guided climbing, please refer to our climbing gym hours and climbing gym packages. The Season Pass does not include rodeo rafting. Rodeo rafting is available for an upgrade fee.
How do I get my Season Pass photo-ID Card?
If you make your purchase at the USNWC, you will receive your photo-ID Season Pass at that time. If you purchase online, you will need to come to the USNWC during our regular hours to obtain your photo-ID card.
What are the benefits/advantages of having a Season Pass?

If I bought an AllSport Day Pass, can I upgrade to a Season Pass?
Yes, you may upgrade to a Season Pass on the day you purchase an AllSport Day Pass. AllSport Day Passes can be upgraded to a Season Pass by paying the difference between the cost of your Day Pass and the cost of the Season Pass.
How do I know when I can use my Season Pass?
You may use your 2010 Season Pass any day pass activities are available between your purchase date and December 31, 2010. In order to know when activities are operating, please see our schedule/hours.
When are the least busy times out at the Whitewater Center so I can get more out of my Pass?
First, any time of year, always check our schedule/hours to know when we are open. During Summer months, typically fewer people use the Center during weekdays. So, Monday through Friday is often the best time to get the most out of your visit. On weekends, Sundays tend to be less busy than Saturdays, and are therefore a good day to visit. Also, plan to come earlier or later in the day as we are busiest from 11am – 3pm.
Do you have discounts if I want to bring a friend or family member?
As a Season Pass holder, you will receive promotional discounts by email. You will also be notified about Bring-A-Friend days throughout the year. Be sure to supply your email address when you buy your Season Pass so you don’t miss announcements of these dates.
What is an Early Entrance Day?
On select days, the USNWC will open early exclusively for Season Pass holders before we open to the general public. This is your chance to avoid longer waits that can take place on busy days.
Only certain activities will be available on Early Entrance Days. Please inquire about specific activity operations on the day of your visit, and be sure to supply your email address when you buy your Season Pass so you don’t miss announcement of these dates.
What is a re-loadable USNWC Debit Card?
Each Season Pass holder will receive a plastic photo-ID Season Pass card that acts as a debit card. Once you add funds to the card, you can use it at the River’s Edge Restaurant, the Outfitter’s Store or any other point of sale at the Center.
Simply ask a customer representative to help you load or re-load a card. The re-loadable card is meant to make our facility easier to use – you now can avoid carrying cash or a personal credit card with you while participating in activities. To replace a lost or stolen debit card, there is a charge of $15.
Please note: The USNWC is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or the money deposited on those cards.
How do I put more money on my USNWC Debit Card?
To put more money on your Season Pass debit card, please ask for assistance at one of our ticket windows or at the Outfitter’s Store.
Since Season Pass holders receive a discount on instructional programs, what kinds of lessons does the USNWC offer?
The USNWC currently offers instruction for whitewater kayaking and climbing – both at a variety of levels.
Is parking included with my Season Pass?
No, parking is not included with your Season Pass purchase. Annual Parking Passes may be purchased for $40, Day Passes for $5.
As a Season Pass holder, you can make your visits to the Center easier by purchasing an Annual Parking Pass for $40. The pass is valid through December 31, 2010.
If I lose my Season Pass Photo-ID card, do I have to pay for a new one?
Yes. Lost Season Pass cards will require a $15 replacement fee.
How long are Season Passes valid?
2010 Season Passes are valid from their purchase date until December 2010.
If I bought a season pass for my child what is the age limit?
You may purchase a Season Pass for any aged child. However, we recommend not purchasing a Pass for a child under 4 years old because they will not be able to participate in an adequate number of our activities.
Do my children, as Season Pass holders, have to be accompanied by an adult to use their Season Pass?
As an outdoor sports and adventure facility, all our activities are inherently dangerous – therefore, you are responsible for your children at all times.
Are rentals included in the season pass?
All necessary equipment for each activity will be provided to AllSport Day Pass and AllSport Season Pass holders. For example, if you are going rafting, you will receive a helmet, paddle, personal floatation device (lifejacket), and a group boat. If you need other personal items such as proper footwear, a splash jacket or a wet suit, these items are available for rent.
