U.S. Olympic Trials – VIP Packages
The U.S. Olympic Trials for Canoe Slalom returns to the U.S. National Whitewater Center on April 12 – 14. The three-day competition also features live music from Donna the Buffalo and a fireworks display on Saturday night.
We’re now offering a limited number of VIP Passes and Packages for the U.S. Olympic Trials. With these passes and packages, you can experience the U.S. Olympic Trials from the River Center Terrace and Belmont Abbey Island, providing the best views of the competition and festival. Dinner and access to private, open bars are also included.

CHARLOTTE, NC – December 12, 2012 – The U.S. National Whitewater Center (USNWC) will host the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials for Canoe Slalom and the 2012 Canadian Olympic Trials on April 12 – 14, 2012. The three-day competition also features live music and a fireworks display on Saturday night. The competition and festival will be free and open to the public.
2012 Kayaking Pool Sessions

Available dates: 1st and 3rd Friday of each month, January through March
Location: Dowd YMCA
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Pricing: $30 per session/$25 per session for YMCA Members

SR SUNTOUR along with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall on 2011 Giant Revel bikes with SR Suntour Suspensions. This is the suspension fork on the Revel bikes that were sold at the Spring 2012 and Fall 2011 Used Bike Sale. Saturday, March 26 will be Demo Day at the USNWC as we feature Immersion Research dry-suits and spray skirts and Astral personal flotation devices (PFDs). A representative from Immersion Research and Astral will go over construction, function, fit and product information in the Outfitter’s Store from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
