The weather is calling for isolated thunderstorms. Will the event still be on with inclement weather? Do you close the river channels for thunder and lightning? Will shelters be provided if it starts raining heavily?

    • USNWC June 12, 2014 at 11:38 am

Hi Dan, we are keeping an eye on the weather as well and are planning to move forward with the event as scheduled. Pass activities are dictated by our automated weather detection system. We do have various sheltered areas throughout the venue, but this is an outdoor facility with a lot of uncovered space as well.
