What is the plan in the event of rain and storms (which is very likely for July 3rd)? Will the event be canceled? How soon will USNWC make this decision? Where is the best place to find updates on schedule changes, cancellation, etc?

Also, can the fireworks be seen from any of the parking lots?

do you need to buy a VIP pass? or is that just if you wanted food and drinks or is the VIP pass how you get in! Im asking is this event open to the public for free or do you need to pay the VIP pass to get in?

    • USNWC July 2, 2013 at 10:49 am

Hi Maggie, guests are not required to purchase a VIP pass just to enjoy the festival. The festival itself is free and open to the public.
